The organizing committee of the conference would like to call the researchers, specialists and bodies to submit complete papers for successful researches and experiments in the different aspects related to the conference topics.
On another hand, the Scientific Committee will undertake to review all summaries and their contents related to the subject of the conference.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Submitting your form doesn’t mean that your request is approved.
• The approved speakers must apply for the entry visa to Egypt.

• Complementary accommodation in the conference’s hotel maximum for 3 nights, and inclusive breakfast only in the main restaurant.
• Roundtrip ticket on the economy class for speakers who are coming out of Egypt (max. USD 600 from Arab countries and USD 1,200 from non-Arab countires).
• Complementary meet and assist at the airport and vice-versa.
• The scientific committee has the right not to disclose the reasons of paper rejection.
• Within a week from conference ending date, all the presented presentations will be uploaded instantly on the website, those who would like to update or edit their presentations, kindly do so within that week after April 24th, 2019.
• In case there is a speaker from outside Cairo region, then the conference will host only one auther per approved paper.

• To participate in ARWADEX 2019 as a speaker, can visit the speaker portal available on the conference website www.arwadex.net,
  where they can submit their research and complete the procedures.
